What is postage? What is Exoticia Post? For me, it all started as mail art (decorative pen pal letters and postcards) and then expanded to ARTISTAMPS. Not meant to fool the post offices and get free mail, it was meant only to enhance the mail sending. But now it has become, for me, another form of art and expression. A way to commemorate important events and share beauty.
